School Visits
We believe that children will learn to value their environment and the raptors that live around them if they can experience the aerial prowess of the birds first hand. Our
demonstrations compliment school curriculum and an excursion to teh Sanctuary would suit both life science and natural science classes alike.
The hour-long displays, while featuring some of Africa’s most exciting raptors have a strong conservation/environmental message. Trainer facilitators create an interactive flying demonstration allowing the children to ask questions and express their points of view. Watching the raptors fly could just be a fun day out of the classroom, but if it’s a more educational emphasis that is needed, then lesson plans and learning support materials can be provided. It is easy to learn when having fun!
